Its not something I've heard of before, can you give us some more details such as "plugin" being used and firmware?

i have now:-
1. updated the box to the latest 2.11 fw
2. erased user data
3. Edited the cardclient.conf file to show the n-line format as:
newcamd:host:serverport:0/0000/0000:User:Pass:010203040506070809 1011121314
4. Installed the latest plugin bundle and started xcam client
The channel DOES decrypt, but as soon as I change it to another channel and then change back to any scrambled channel, the screen goes blank and i get the message "Scrambled Service". However if i reboot the box, the scrambled channel will start working again.
Why is it doing this?
FYI, below is the original config format, so am i missing something out? :-
C
WS = host port User Password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 lan newcs
CWS_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 300
CWS_INCOMING_PORT = 16000
CWS_DEBUG_PORT = 12001
ADMIN_PASSWORD = xxxxxx 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
PS: I would prefer that I can get MGCamd to work as thats what the server owner prefers you setup on the box.
