which box tm 5402 or tm 5302

can some1 pls advise which to go for. like tms...notice 5302 slightly cheaper.Is there any reason why?
its to go upstairs connected to tm600 linux. all views appreciated! tx

I second that the TM5302 same menu as 3000 series no where as good

Although the 5302 is the cheaper cousin so to speak if its just for a bedroom box it may justify the cheaper price, it lacked a channel editor that has now been resolved and it was the first to have downloadable channel lists and firmware from the server months before the 5402 which only got this 2 weeks ago.
