cant install tspanel on solo

I am trying to install TSPanel 6.9 without any joy, any pointers?

I have a VU solo2 with the latest Blackhole 2.0.2 and TSpanel 6.9, I am trying to install the latest keys.

Hi eric91970, I am new to this box and only had one since the start of the month, its a great STB. I got mine from G.W and Lee was extremely helpful with the installed files. However I installed the T.Spanel 6.9 on my solo2 just yesterday by following B.G's post. To save you time looking here is a copy of the post :

Hi All.

Read somewhere, not to update to 6.9
from your latest ver (6.8).
The advice was FTP 6.9 to your box.

My Uno installed STPanel 6.9 without
the need of a Telnet Command line.
Out of the three Versions two where
not compatible with the Uno.

The (mipsel32el) worked OK.

FTPed to (tmp) with VUCC, did not install.

Green, yellow, (Install IPK Manually).

TSPanel 6.9 installed OK.

Finally managed to install tspanel 6.9 by installing tspanel 6.4 first.
