HD Channels lag

Hi, I seem to have a problem on my HD Channels on my spiderbox 9000HD. The SD channels are working ok, but all my HD channels on any satellite seems to lag in picture. The sound is spot-on. Not sure why? Has anybody else encountered this issue? I have re-booted twice and removed all cables and re-installed, but the problem is still there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

The last update was Feb 2011 - however, I never had any issue until today. Could the patch really be the issue?

many patches were issued in 2011, and the last one was a year ago in march 2012

so yes it could be as simple as that, especially as I have no troubles with spiderboxes that have last years patch installed

Some of the HD channels that show the footy are over 8 seconds delayed from live, a few weeks ago I had to set my dab radio to 8 seconds delayed for it to sync up with 5live on a polish hd channel.

Several weeks ago AlJazeera footy was several seconds out of sound sync with its own commentary, they broadcast the sd channel audio with the HD vision but the HD server processing time was 2 or 3 seconds delayed and it looked a right mess.

There was a patch issued in Sept 2011 that had lip sinc problems, but is was withdrawn and replaced a few days later.
