Hi

You can do it by your self it´s easy
Open for example Catseyes E2 Settings with Dreamset
and than Click save as choose Enigma (services) and your done

Just to advise I will no longer be supporting enigma 1 files

If you wish to convert the enigma 2 file to enigma 1 -here is a really easy way to...

Download the latest dated enigma2 version & unrar(which ever you choose to use)
Create new folder on desk top (right click mouse /new/folder) -rename it enigma 1 file
Open up the enigma 2 file using dreamset
The blank file you wish to use should be shown on your desktop
Click on the 'save as' tab on the top of screen
Click on 'save as type' tab
Change this tab from 'enigma 2 version 4' to 'Enigma (Services)'
On left hand side of screen click 'desktop'
It should list of items on your pc desk top
Click on enigma 1 file
Open it up -it should be empty
Then click on 'save' tab in bottom right hand corner of screen
Your enigma 1 version will be saved there

Now to send to your enigma 1 box
Open up Dreamset software
Click open tab
It may still should your enigma 2 file (lamedb)
Click on file name in bottom right
Change from enigma 2 files (lamedb)
To Enigma 1 files (Services)
Click on services file & open
Your enigma 1 file will be on screen
Before you send to your enigma 1 box you may wish to remove some of the favourite sections such as 'HD'
To send to your box click on 'set up'
Alter settings so as to create a enigma 1 box profile (firmware listed as enigma1)
You do not need to remove your other enigma 2 profiles
Send settings to box -All done

OK That was infact very simple i was horrified far more when you said you was stopping E1 updates
but converting via your very clear and easy to understand instructions will make it very easy in future
the hard part was not knowing how to convert your settings from E1 to E2 the rest is very basic
this guide is likely all in all the best post ive read in a very long time .
i think everyone here can appreciate and respect the very long hours and hard work you do and sure enuff there is no real need to make extra work anymore
and im damn sure if i can manange to successfully do this [ which i have while making this post ] then every other member should find this real simple to do .
i dont take anything for granted and i appreciate your hard work always .
