a standard monoblock is normally 6 degree spacing and the specials are 3 degree spacing, so neither is what you require

You can buy a 4degree monoblock or a adjustable twin lnb that has a minimum setting of 4degrees, 19' and 23' works fine with them.

Monoblocks get into trouble past 20 degrees east or west on a fixed dish as you cant adjust the skew, I recently tried a 3 degree on 39e and 42e and it was not practical, as soon as you adjust 39e skew 42e is shot as its out of line.

I use a Smart Titanium 4.3° single monoblock on a 1m dish to get 19 and 23.5, readily available I think it cost €14.

Its for an 80cm dish only says that on box will not do 4 degrees on a 1 metre dish
will do 19-13 on a 60cm
as I have used them on orbital 57cm dish many times for 19-13

A 3' degree monoblock works on a 38cm dish the same as a 6' degree lnb does on a 80cm, because the 38 is smaller, the focus is much tighter and the 3' degree view is doubled.

A monoblock designed for astra 1 and hotbird on 80cm always works on a 60cm because the signal is so strong you hardly notice the signal loss on the deflected feed.
