TM 7100 techy help

ive put the phantom patch on, ive put the addon on turned box off for 30 secs, Got into the 8281 menu and added my sealions. turned them on but it still says disconnected. Any ideas as to why they wont connect

Are you 100% sure these lines are active?
Is box connecting in ip settings?

box is connecting, and are connected online ive just checked on my online dashboard thing for the service

Then ive gone into 8281, and reads the following

1 17710 CCCAM ON DISCONNECTED
2 17720 CCCAM ON DISCONNECTED
3 17730 CCCAM ON DISCONNECTED
4 17740 CCCAM ON DISCONNECTED

I go into one server and have the following

Name 17710
protocol cccam
timeout 3 sec
filtermode auto
filter list 0 (in grey)
id my id
password my password
DES-KEY 00000000000000000000000000
Address ***.*****.com
port 17710

Maybe ive not reset the box after uploading i cant remember. i did this phantom patch first then i added the Add-on. All must be correct as i get the 8281 menu option box also has an ip address and my lines are active, also in system info it says the following

check your network settings, especially the primary address

you may need to set the primary address to either

1) the router ip address
2) your isp primary public dns
3) google primary public dns

also check for any typos , check upper case , check lower case , check for numbers instead of letters etc

Hi mate,

I've got the same technomate 7100 hd box as you, but am not having much luck viewing any encrypted channels whatsoever.

Can I perhaps take the liberty of troubling you for exact instructions on the steps required to enable viewing on the technomate 7100hd, i.e. the order/steps in which patches, addons, softcams etc are installed and where I can download the latest software.

Apologies for sounding so dumb. It's just that I don't really have a clue where to start, despite having trawled through many forums etc.
