expansion 1tb

ive got a expansion 1tb usb hard drive. the problem im having is when i connect it to the solo2 via usb and mount it. ive tried to store music and film on it.but they seem to go to the flash instead of going to the hard drive

what should it be set in the image black hole 2.0.2 hard drive ? ie usb/download/music/cif
theres some more setting but im not sure what they are so can somebody tell me what i should mount it as. so everything goes to hard drive and not flash.

never used an ext hdd mate and others may correct me , but would have thought media/usb would do it

i thought media usb was for usb stick i dont know being a newbie. but i will try that would i have to do a swop for it to go off and on or will it stay on when stb is in standby.
