STC6000 Channels missing

Could anyone tell me why I cannot get BBC Three and BBC Four satelite channels on my STS6000 (latest firmware update installed)

These 2 channels do not appear in All Services.

The only weird thing about my Service List under All Services/Satelites - there are two entries for 28.3 Astra 1N.
The first is "Astra 1N" the second entry is Astra 1N 2A 2B / Eurel....."
When I do Satelite Search both these appear and "Astra 1N" was a "USER 04" but I do not know how to delete it

Hi, have you blind scanned to get all the transponders ? You could also add the frequency's (manual) and scan just those to see if they show up ?

you need to scan between 1900 and 0700 to get those 2 channels as they are cbbc and cbeebies during the day

Well that could be the best reason. I will try the Blind scan after 19:00 hrs tonight.

Sorry for delay to give feedback - took ages to get the buttons away from the wife.

All is now resolved, the BLIND scan worked and missing channels showed up immediatley. I stop using Advanced scan and Manual scan from now on. Thanks for your help.
