need to know how to uninstall plug ins OnDemand and TSpanel

I just cannot figure out how to uninstall completely the plugins On demand and TSpanel from my vu solo latest BH.
Can some one please explain in simple way how to manage this as I want them off my receiver.

go to plugins, addons and there should be a removal option

alternatively ftp into the box and delete the folders manually from /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions

Do you know if any of these plugins are actually using box Flash although plugin was installed in Avalon universe? (I am getting this impression but maybe I am wrong)

I know nothing about the universes, my info was based on it being installed in the flash
