View Full Version : Error code E71 on Sd3550hdcci

While in the software upgrade setting, I pressed ok and message said to wait. after a half hour I switched it off and back on ( the unit was unresponsive ). Then the display read E71. Any help greatly appreciated. Contacted Icecryptby email but no reply. Thanks.

Use porter with null modem cable. Run flash and then firmware. Read stickies as all this info has been mentioned many times.
