vu duo stuck on boot screen

i have vuduo but it will not move from boot screen tryed turning on and off again but will not boot.
any help welcome

Did you ftp any addons just before this happened?.

It happened to me with an add-on,....even though it won't boot you can still ftp and go in to remove the offending add-on.
But not sure with drivers.

Is it a clone box ?

I would think you have messed the image up by installing a driver update

best bet is start from scratch and reflash it with the latest image of your choice, then use online update only for any driver or plugin updates

Hi Mate
i have just had the same problem as i updated the catseye settings and the box was stuck on the boot screen with the vix letters just turning round and round
after numerous power downs it was still doing the same thing so i reverterd back to catseye settings 12/04/2013 75east-45west and the box came back on.

i hope this helps as i have used catseye setting ever since i got the box and they have been brilliant
