no signal

Hi I purchased a diseqc motor for a second dish but when I try to set it up with a spider box 9000hd
I cant tune in any channels in fact I cant get any signal although I can using a sat finder. Now my
question is how do I set diseqc up on a spider box.

load a channel list like mine , and select the thor satellite 0.8w , and the fta channels are the first couple; set your location using the green button to your usals position if using usals
this will send the motor to the correct position for 0.8w
press info twice to get bbc world signal bars up on screen (channel 2)
now setup the motor and dish and find this channel and peak the signal, then lock everything up

if using diseqc 1.2, calculate the correct position for 0.8w on your motor and send the motor to the mark and stop
then setup the dish and peak the signal on 0.8w bbc world and lock it up
now manually locate and store all the other satellites one by one

"the voice" (1 music channel) on the first channel can also be used for this instead of channel 2 bbc world news

An update on setting up diseqc on spiderbox. After trying for hours to set
this up I took echelon's advice and had a go with usuals and had it set up
first time so to echelon I say a big thankyou,real easy.
