Tuner configuration problem

Tuner configuration problem.
My setup is 2 dishes with 19.2/13.0 (dish 1) and 23.5/28.2 (dish 2) on, DiSeqc switches and dual LNBs so that I have two cables feeding the A and B tuners. On Blackhole 1.7.9 Everything worked perfectly and I could record 4 channels at the same time.

I upgraded to Blackhole 2.0.3 and now I cannot record more than 1 channel at a time.(This upgrade means you lose all personal settings, they cannot be restored)

On BH 179 I had both tuners configured separately but exactly the same. I tried this on BH 203 and also with tuner B “equal to A”. I made sure that both tuners were working and receiving signals by first configuring tuner A with “nothing connected” and testing tuner B and then the other way around.
Both tuners are configured as follows: (I have a Vu+ Duo twin tuner box)

Can anyone help me by explaining what I can do to get things working?

Had the same problem, and when you have your channel list installed, go into tuner config, move down to the "not connected" and move it to the right and choose the list you want on that tuner.

Just read this back, and its completely different from the problem I was having, sorry mate. But if anyone is using a dual setup with a channel list, this is the only way i could get bh 2.0.3 set up properly.
