Updating an old tomtom go510

Hi all is there anyone out there that can help me with updating an old go 510? what is the best navcore to use?
what is the latest uk map available? I have tried using 910.4895 but it does not recognise the map and I get a dct error using fastactivate!
the navcore used was downloaded from tomtom website 9.465.1-2005.

First, as our friend Russel will say ... update the navcore with your tomtom home !

Once updated, maybe ....
