Hi for some reason when I do a service search the box is downloading the radio stations but no TV channels, any Ideas?

Hi for some reason when I do a service search the box is downloading the radio stations but no TV channels, any Ideas?
In service search, choose service type 'all' (that's on top of my head as not next to my box) & if that fails choose blind scan. Should sort out the problem. ps...u sure you got the sat feed in?
