Hi

Since last night I've lost both Dave HD and Watch HD on 28E 12188H. Using the satfinder on my Solo2 I do get a lock with either 3/4 or 7/8 FEC but still Service not found! (Sid not found in PAT)

Anyone ??

just installed the latest auto bouquets maker by Lraizer that you guys are using and it does seem to work.

i dont like the layout though or how the bouquets are organized so ive moved all of them to the end of my lists next to the last scanned and IPTV lists.its now just a simple matter when a channel moves,of just copying it from those lists to my own with the remote.

quite a handy plugin really.

Obviously there will be yet more changes once BT goes live. Then there will only be BT Sport 1, BT Sport 2 and ESPN (all in SD and HD). So the other two ESPN channels will be dropped.

Sky sports Ashes HD has just dissapeared..I did a scan on the same freq and now it shows as 11719H SID 0xf29 ..Which is sky sports ashes..Dont know what changed but original channel is now showing sid not found in pat...

Anyone know the new freq??

It is still showing on the Digibox epg (402 SD and 408 HD) - showing Ess3x v England ATM although I can't view it as don't have a Sports sub.

So it is just a renamed SS2.

I was just checking..lol..The one you posted is the one i had the channel on before but it changed to no sid in pat even though it still had a signal..So i did a full scan and got 12343 which used to be sky sports 4 HD..Are you still clearing on 11719 because mine doesnt..Only 11343 & 11739

Thank you very much for the info. Any one knows why so much movement? I am getting sick with spider, anytime one channel changes location I need to rescan and loose all the channels on that tp from the favourites , meaning I need to add them again. I really miss the technomate now with their menus and ease of use..

. . . . . . . Any one knows why so much movement? . . . . . . . .

Sly always say it is for load balancing across the transponders but I'm of the mind that it is to make life difficult for those using a card in a non-sly box.

Reason: In a Sly box you can't access the decrypted recordings in digital format but in a REAL sat receiver they are stored in decrypted form thus allowing the mastering of a full quality DVD.

I'm afraid this won't be the last of the transponder changes we still have to go through the final phase which means that the channels moved to temporary transponders will be shifted to permanent ones by 10th October. Also if Eutelsat win the case then all channels moved will move back again to the frequencies switched off.

Anyone else noticed that the power has been turned right down on all tps?? down to 66-69..usually 93..Hmmmm

Although I am at the bottom end of the chain with getting Astra channels I cant get any of the updated TP,s on this last move,where from the footprint mapping my 1.8 metre dish should be sufficient,so I would definitely say yes to a power downturn.

Just to add to the confusion, In Spain this morning everything went down at 10.40. It coincided with a sun outage prediction a lot of these this time of year so it could have caused the loss of power.

Hi anyone having trouble opening Channel five HD on new transponder ?? I have scanned new tp and channel 5 HD comes up in channel list along with S*y living HD S*y sports 1 HD S*y sports new etc. I can open all channels on this tp but not Channel 5 HD any ideas as to whats going on. I have carried out blind scan and entered all details manually and all these methods list channel 5 HD But will not clear.

technical discussions on opening channels on 28 east are not allowed here (please read the rules)

so the problem with your question is that it "breaks the forum rules"

its also nothing to do with IKS as that is for other satellites, not 28 east , plus that is specifically banned as a topic in the forum rules too

have you read the rules here ?, if not , please do so as soon as possible

so accept the info in this thread but do not ask questions on opening the channels being discussed as there will not be any answers to your questions and any such questions (or answers) will be deleted (as per the forum rules)

so you are not allowed to ask how to open the sly uk racing channel, or the sly movies channels on this forum, plus nobody is allowed to reply telling you how to do it either !

there are quite a lot of questions that you are not allowed to ask, or to receive answers for, so in future think before you post, if the question is anything to do with SLY , especially sly UK , then think several times and count to ten AS WELL before you post

sly is a no-no on here, as it is on many leading forums

I hope that makes it clear ? its also in no-nonsense plain english so everybody understand it

so transponder details or changes and picons etc can be discussed as the information is in the public domain and not banned

as for patches etc, check the forums here that are about your particular box

so if its the spiderbox, check the spiderbox firmware section for patches

the last one is probably 01 april 2015 for your box although it makes no difference as far as sly uk channels are concerned

And...11479 V 23000 8/9

I think maybe the fec changed as the picons are still the same and they worked again in my channel list after scanning the above tp's

Arqiva has announced the launch of FOX International Channels UK’s first free-to-air entertainment channel, YourTV, which will provide viewers with varied content throughout the day, including reality series Don’t Tell The Bride, crime series Snapped: Killer Couples, and hit legal drama, Shark.

Fox UK’s first channel launch in 11 years, YourTV, is primarily aimed at women and will launch to UK audiences and will air for 20 hours each day across the UK, from 7am until 3am, on Freeview, YouView, Freesat and Sky. The channel will be broadcast in standard definition, providing national coverage across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, from the Arqiva national commercial multiplex.

Jeff Ford, Managing Director Fox International Channels UK, commented: “We are thrilled to be working alongside Arqiva to announce the launch of YourTV. The move not only marks our first free-to-air channel but an exciting next step in the evolution of our UK brand portfolio. To receive the new service, Freeview and YouView viewers will need to rescan their TVs and set top boxes to view YourTV on channel number 73
