Motor Dish Not Moving

Hi

I have instaled my new VUSolo2 and the cam O.K

When I change chanels to a diferant satalite the motor does not move.

I can move the motor dish by main menu /Setup/Servive Searching/Satfinder. and the go to the sat I want

In my old Spiderbox changing the chanels did move the motor dish.

I think I have not set the new box up properly.

Can any one help as it is a pain in the AAAAA.
