Spiderbox keeps rebooting 19.2E

I have a problem with my SD5000

I've just got my Spider up and running again as my Dreambox has a problem and awaiting repair. However I have an issue with some French Channels on Astra 19.2E. Every time I select one of the channels my box goes into reboot mode, I think this has happened in the past but not sure how I sorted it out.

Does anyone know how I fix this

As you have not been using the Spiderbox for some time, your channel list may now be corrupt, some of the frequencies that you have tried maybe HD which your receiver can not receive, you may wish to check the frequencies here:

and possibly install a fresh channel list, there may be a later list than the one currently on your receiver in the 5000 section of the forum.

I've tried adding the channels again but still no luck. I've removed all the transponders information from 19.2 then input some manually. But it still just reboots on certain channels, even some on the same transponder. So some work yet some don't. It seems to be a problem mainly with channels on Can***** France.So on
11934V/27500 Cine+Frission and the other Cine+ channels, it just reboots but Disney channel is fine.

Any help would be appreciated

can remember that some freq gave the reboot... only,,, as i remember that was on 13e.....
