Off the top of my head:
Twin pluggable tuners (so single, twin, triple or quad internal tuners, dvb-s2 and dvb-t/c) instead of 2 fixed sat tuners
Built in Wifi
Componant out
Full HD Transcoding
1gb flash instead of 256mb
2gb ram instead of 1gb
support for 2.5" and 3.5" hdd instead of only 2.5"

Surely a remote is a remote (unless it's that crap they bundled in with the ultimo) ???

looks of the receiver and remote mean a lot to me as well as the operation of them.

Also any use with 4:2:2 video? I'm trying to decide if it's worth upgrading from my DM8000.
Obviously it's a faster unit but is it worth it in terms of functionality?
