Hey guys - a slightly generic post / question about the 5400, so please forgive me.

I'm interested to know if anyone is still actually using a HUMAX 5400 for anything other than basic FTA channels now in 2013.
Seems like the platform is basically "dead"..........?

Any funcard users here? I note that there seeemd to be a few files for funcard (monthlies) kicking about. Interested in your experiences and current usage. Thanks!

Problem is theirs not much open at the moment using the Emu, this is true not only for the 5400 but other receivers.
The only way to open decent packages is to go the CS route (we are not allowed to talk about that on this Forum).
The 5400 does support CS.
I sometimes use the Humax with the Fausto Emulator which runs very well on the 5400.
