On 15W, 11517h 3742 7/8 is an NBC feed. Can hear the audio but no video. What do I need to see this feed please?

yes i think it is 4:2:2 im on it now but its for certain not broadcasting anything just a signal @ 16:57pm UK Time

Dad-4 is active on 11519H 3743 7/8 and is 4:2:0 just showing a black screen. ;)

Dad 5 tx 12 is actually on 11527H in true 16/9, and there is another feed (copy) on the same parameters on 11532H in 16/9 compressed(black borders top/bottom).... no ID.
