hi
just got the new hd6000 (I did have a 9000hd until it broke)I have a motorised set up but not usuals
I go into motor settings but motor wont move east or west any help would be great
motor seems to be stuck on 28.8 east

yes sure have
its strange as when I put my eaglebox 800 hd and move motor its fine but put spiderbox 6000 hd the motor will not move

Have yopu checked the East/West limits?
Since you are not using Usals I assume you are using Diseqc 1.2, so you need to set the satellite positions manually. Are you setting up your own channel list or have you loaded one?
What motor do you have?

It shouldn't matter what motor you have mate just reset your limits or turn on the motor in settings lol

try this...you say your eagle box moves your dish....using your eagle box,send your dish to reference point 0...leave it there...and then setup your spider using the above mentioned in aldo`s post
and then send the dish from reference point 0...to a sat...

It might when using Diseqc 1.2, it might be a 36V motor, and the user could be using a V-Box, which adds another component to the mix. I would like to know which motor it is just to rule out some of the possibilities.
