time for epg

when using the EPG to record a channel that is 1 hour ahead of us what should i set the time on my box to gmt or the time in europe

Unless I'm mistaken, I think you'll find that the EPG time changes to the time zone you set your receiver to and you only have to highlight (in red) the programme you want to record. Having said this, the Spiderbox EPG is very poor and next to useless and I would suggest you try the other timer record (Duration) facility.
