Which i see in the forum is professional and need programmer to do that

Have a look at this post that I put up about how I solved the booting problem - nothing original in what I did, I followed all the advice and instructions in other posts.

You need to buy the USB TTL UART bridge - then give it a try. Post here again if stuck after you get the bridge and follow the recovery process.
