im sure thats a linux box mate,

I don't think any of the vu boxes can view 4.2.2.

I have a vuduo and I have never heard of the ability to view 4.2.2.

I use either a skystar card or a TBS6925 card to view 4.2.2 with the elecard decoder.

I tried to tune in earlier, I was getting the audio but just a black screen.

i always thought you could watch 4:2:2 feeds with most linux boxes by streaming to a pc...

but i go on the pc pop in the STB IP addy in the browser,

Ah, perhaps you can do it that way.
I have never tried because I have other ways of viewing.

I must try one day because it would be better watching on a larger screen.

i normally use home plugs but when i stream the 4:2:2 feeds,
it gets really glitchy and is unwatchable,
so just a tip mate make sure you use a wired connection,
it should work perfectly...

Yeah I always have problems streaming HD channels using VLC. Perhaps it's because I'm on a wireless connection?
