Unzip the file attached onto a USB stick.
Go to the USB menu.
Select the *.con file in the USB menu.
Select the URL from the popup list and select it.
It will be saved in the URL field when you go to the Download EPG Data menu in the network menu.
Then proceed to download the EPG of your choice.
One package/sat is available at one time
PS Note that when the box is rebooted or powered off, you will lose the epg data and you will have to download it again.
