Spider 6000 channel editor is out !

I cant post the link because I cant get it to work at the moment, I have to download some MS updates for it to work.

I don't take MS updates unless they are critical as they keep changing the way my pc works.

It seems to be working ok although the list is a bit slow to load, the programme wouldn't load at first for me as netframe 4 wasn't up to date.

I downloaded it from MS and its now ok.

Unfortunately ,somebody of the testers was in a hurry to release it .
Be patient , we will release the fully working version in next days .

Go Menu - Software Update - S/W Backup - select user database , add a name in right side & save your channel list
for example you named your channel list '' ted '' .
Then after you transfer your channel list in your PC edit it as '' ted.ssu ''
Then you will be able to open it with channel editor .

After editing the Channel list on pc how to save it? I was trying to save it in a new folder but after saving it the folder still empty! Any ideas?

Press Save option in up-left , give a name press save and then wait for the message 'User Datbase Save Complete' appears .

thanks balckdevil all sorted now it was the software i done a new download working good now.

is there anyway you can get more channels on the screen .like 3 or 4 rows in the editor, its a pain keep scrolling up and down the page when you want to move channels from the bottom of the list to the top cheers dave d

There is 'move channel' option in channel editor .
Just write the number you want to move it and press 'move!'

Select 'Satellites' from left column ,not a specific satellite .

Hi when I try to open my saved data in channel editor it comes up with an error saying file is the incorrect size. expected 524372 file is 8388692

can anyone help

The correct size of channel list archive is 524372 bytes so when you go Menu-Software Update -S/W Backup be sure that you select 'user database' .
