is there any particular internal HDD make for a Vu+ UNO

I am slowly getting to grips with my uno and thinking of getting an internal HDD but as with everything I am wondering is there any particular make I should buy? er its quite a while since I bought an internal HDD. And whats the best size to use. I do a bit of recording but not a lot.

5400 rpm run a little quieter but to be honest I just chuck in any old drive, last one was a 160gb used drive from flea bay

I use a solid state 250gb, it helps to run a bit faster and is silent, and runs cooler.
