usb to serial aint working

hallo i have a usb to serial i have connected the null cable to the spider box and the usb to the computer i have tryed loading o-box and gladiator but these are not working as no channels are clearing is the spider box supported

but if you are going to connect a serial cable to the spiderbox, use a pc with a standard 9 pin com port and no usb adapters

Maybe you could inform members what are " o-box and gladiator ", and if they are supposed to be installed on a Spiderbox ( Whichever version it is that you may have )
