hello everyone!
I am in the process of scanning channels on my TM 5402 M2 and cannot get any signal on Astra 19 East on this frequency 12.722H 22.000. Can anyone please check if it works. I am based in London, with 1 meter motorized dish (stab motor). I also noticed that fine tuning on TM 5402 M2 is not as fine as it is on old TM 1500. It is sort of quicker and misses the strongest signal easily and you have to move it back and forth many times before you get a the best signal strength. Or maybe it's just my set up? TM 502 does not agree with Stab motor?

Thanks echelon! 12.722 H/22.000 is listed as Hustler and Private Spice on Flysat and Lyngsat. Strange there is no signal there

There is a signal, on 12722 H 22000, and channels, but it is S2-8PSK 3/4, and the signal is reduced, compared to other channels.

I would think you change the transponder details to S2-8PSK on 3/4 like I did, then scan

I don't see any options to select or change a type of transpoder in TM 5402 as opposed to my Azbox. But strange thing is TM 5402 gets a signal from other transpoders that are DVB-S2 8PSK . But that particular one it does not...

Strange, mine gets it without any problems. Just can't de-crypt the channels.

IS your receiver using the original firmware or a patch? It might help the original poster if he knew the best firmware, and easiest to use, to load on his receiver.

Thank you Mickha! My receiver is TM 5402 HD M2 CI Super+, Software version 1.02, H/W version 1.00,
Is there any better version than this and where can I find it. Because my receiver doesn't pick up some S-2 8PSK channels from other satellites. I tried scanning both with and without a patch when it was fresh out of the box. To do it vis channel list download it a bit complicated for me at this early stage of my experience with the receiver. Anu suggestions welcome and thank you all for your help

Glad you got it sorted. I originally scanned with the original firmware which came with the machine but now I'm using Phantompatch 1.05. What's the advantage of 1.07??
