spiderbox 9000 everything lost

hi all
hope somebody can help-sometimes when i turn on my 9000 everything has gone, all the channels are gone,my lat & long are reset to 0.00 last time it happend i was half way through rescanning all the sats in (yet again)when i lost everything as stated above the box does not reboot i just lose everything and have to restart from scratch the box is about three years old any help would be appreciated.

try using the 9000 repair file on your box, factory reset it and then add the march 2012 patch to it and factory reset it again, and add my latest 9000 motorised channel list, set your usals position and test it

if doing the scanning yourself, ensure that you DO NOT exceed the maximum transponder and channel limits or strange things will happen
