spiderbox 9000hd speech out

hi hope some one can help

for some reason when they are talking on tele the speech is out of sync with there lips
i have tried to do a search but with no luck,it has the latest software installed

Also try pressing the pause button this is a known cure for speach out of sync.

had the same problem on the 6000 hd the other night , just switched off and on again and that cured it
