i think you mean universal C120 LNB [ Low Noise Block ] not lmb ??
IF So then i would suggest inverto Black Pro 0.2db C120 LNB
Ive been using this LNB for few years now on my 2 meter Prime focus Dish and gain is very decent indeed .

Yes Simon, this LNB does seem to have a good reputation with many on here, but much as with everything in our great hobby, it really IS all a mater of opinion mate!! I PERSONALLY find little difference between the black inverto when using my 1.1M dish with my trusty white Sharpe high gain LNB!!:respect-055:

Bought an inverto Black Pro C120 LNB for my 1.2m solid prime focus dish as it had very similar spec to inverto Black ultra LNB I have on my 1.1m mesh offset.
Wanted to use it for 7.3W but didn't pick it up at all (no probs 8.0W)...the inverto Black ultra picks up JSC HD6 on offset mesh 1.1m but inverto Black Pro C120 on solid centre feed nothing!
Saying that the inverto Black ultra is as most agree an amazing LNB for price but yet to find a C120 anywhere near as good.

i wouldnt really expect the inverto Black Pro 0.2db C120 LNB would pick up much if anything on an offset dish
its really intended only for use with Prime focus dishes to be fair ,
for offset dishes inverto black Ultra LNB is really tuff to beat ive never used any LNB that comes close to this to be honest .
for prime focus dishes inverto Black Pro 0.2db C120 LNB i tested against other C120 LNB's and beats the Invacom and even inverto white C120 0.3db LNB
but so it should since its 0.2db gain i can pickup around 175 channels on nilesat 7W but JSC beam for me is just so weak its hardly worth the effort to be honest .
i guess the Beam just is too far outta reach here but i do pick up occasional JSC HD feeds from 3 East so its not all bad i guess .

any c120 lnb would work ok on prime focus or offset dishes it's the feedhorn that you need to get correct i use invacom twin on a 1.8m prime focus dish but have used the same lnb on an andrews 1.2m offset dish with no problems

I used to use my Black Pro on a Precision 1.2 and 7W was received OK, other marginals it locked fine were 36E 12245H Sub Sahara beam, 5W 11059H steerable beam and the ORTM signals on 31.5W. Maybe you had a duff one?

Well at least we now have plenty of options etc for people wanting to know more about LNBs and their various performances - as EVERYONE'S findings are very important eh?:bravo-009:
