spiderbox hd9000

hi guys hope some one can help me with spiderbox hd9000 iv connected it up to my sky router through lan cable and im wanting to use dcc296 i get green line strait throught to router but not to spiderbox the ip are correct is there a username and password i need to use any help apprecaited

dcc only works with linux boxes, and a spiderbox is not a linux box so no ftp programs will work with it

thanx is there away how i can tell if its connected to my router

ping its ip address from a command prompt on your pc, and/or check the router admin panel to ensure its connected
