It depends what extra channels you want to receive, and from which satellites. The bigger the dish usually the better signal, but build quality also counts, the 1.2M should give you some signal improvements but don't expect miracles.

and it depends on your location, receiver, lnb, sat cable, and where dish is mounted. the gibertini is nice and light, i have one but it is easy to damage in transit, collect is best. But check out the fixing for your make of motor as it is not easy to fix on stub of dark motor. That dish works best with a stab.
And as you are in germany you will get it at a good price. Its tricky to fine tune but if you like that sort of thing you will have fun. Are you using the black ultra lnb, if not do so?

you could of course use the polar mount that pairs with the dish 36v type so a v box needed unless you have a 36v sat receiver or stand alone positioner they also make a 1.5m dish this should pull some extra signal

I'm guessing the Jaeger 2100 is just another badge for the standard nylon gear 2100A type diseqc motor. I've got one with a 1m Gibertini on it and I've also got a 1.2m Gib. If you're in any kind of exposed location I wouldn't recommend fitting the 1.2 on that motor if it's required to stay aligned for long periods. The advertising blurb for the Gibby might say aluminium but that's only the reflector, the rest of it is steel and it's heavy, factor in a bit more weight because you'll need to add spacers to move the dish away from the motor housing. You only need to try fine tuning the motor elevation with the dish on it to appreciate just how heavy it becomes.
All that said it's a very good dish, I noticed a worthwhile improvement moving up from the 1m, it's even big enough to have a dabble on C band.
