Thinking of getting a new spider box 9000 HD. Couple of Questions I like to ask, about more of this box do.

1. Does it have Biss & Cas Menu's ?
2. Does it have NTSC, for the likes of ESPN on 15 west.
3, Is it easy to get the patches ?
4. does it have a common interface, CI Slot as well as Multi card Reader for viaaccess, conax, etc etc etc.

Had a 9000 (excellent box) before and now have 6000 and I have to say that the 6000 is catching up fast thanks to the excellent work of the team behind the 6000`s development. Another thing is the price, for £89 from sponsors its no brainer. If you went with the 9000 , they still cost a lot of money for an old box, to get it to open anything there would be £50 investment on top of a purchase price, unless you have a friend to share with you his sub. You risk that you get a faulty one (do a bit of research on that as forums are flooded with with messages from owners asking for help and guess where the boxes end up? The place where you most likely would buy yours from)Do the maths, I did and sold a perfectly good SPiderbox 9000 to someone who had his own sealion and only wanted a good box, and got myself a 6000 (well supported and with a brand spanking new gift for 12 months)

Found out that the Spiderbox 6000HD only has 1 card slot and no C.I. Slot (Common interface).

Is this True ???? does it have NTSC then on the spiderbox 6000 ????

It would appear that he wanted a second opinion, and as echelon would say, he wants a BMW for the price of a Mini.
