sorry if i am in the section. i have a spiderbox 9000. yesterday i had some one changing the motor on my satalite dish .at the moment i can get most the channels on thor,but the above channels i am getting no signal. could some one tell me if they have the same problem. many thanks

They changed their name i believe and are now TV 2 Sport Premium HD - TV 2 Sport Premium 2/3 HD

on 10747 H
DVB-S2/8PSK
MPEG-4 25000 3/4

If they changed your motor they must have also taken your dish down. Can you please post some more information:
Dish size and general location.
Signal strength/quality readings on a few channels, both horizontal, and vertical.
You mention you can still get most channels, probably the stronger transponders, but how about the weaker channels?
It is true they changed names but the channels are still working, at least on mine, using the original scanned in versions.

the dish size is 90cm. location is in berkshire.and yes i get good signal on 10747v although is scramleb ,but on 10747h no signal. what do mean shall i get the guy back to set the dish again? thanks

Can you please check some channels, and post your signal strength, and quality readings, you can find these by pressing the info button:
NRK channels on 10747 V 25000 S2 8PSK 3/4
C More HD channels on 10934 H 25000 S2-8PSK 3/4
History HD, and others, on 12015 H 30000 S2-8PSK 3/4

So maybe thats why he is aking here.
I get that transponder no problem but that wont help you much because i am in Denmark make sure you check the settings for that transponder are correct.

They aren't opening but you can still scan the channels in, mehdigoli shouldn't be getting a no signal message, when trying to scan them in, unless his dish isn't aligned correctly, the LNB is faulty, usually get one polarity only, or it could be the LNB is skewed incorrectly, or something else.
Unfortunately he hasn't responded, since 30/09/13, so we don't know if he solved the problem or has been too busy to get back to it.
Of course, now that they are no longer opening, he might not have bothered to resolve the issue.
