VU+ Duo tuner set up problem

my dish set up is as follows

Dish one 13 & 19.2 twin lnb port a & b
Dish two 28.2 single lnb port c
Dish three 7 west single lnb port d

tuner A set ABCD for the above other two settings set both to yes

tuner b set to equal A

everything works on tuner A nothing on tuner B I cant stream a different channel or record is this normal I am getting nothing on tuner b image in open vix
