Remote control broken

Well had me solo2 for 1 month and remote has stopped working that's just great does that mean can't use box until purchase and receive new one ;-( I have emailed provider hopefully they are sympathetic

Do you have an android phone ?
If yes just download the VU+ App and use the remote that is built in.

Oh god got the vu app on me I phone why did I not think of that also have on me PC which controls Ty very much however what's the craic with 1 month remote ???

my lad told me that the dreambox remote app works on his samsung s3 android phone too
(he installed it by mistake when I told him about the vu app)
