forgotten username and password

this is my 1st post so please help..
I have forgotten my username and password to update s/ware, can anyone tell me how i can get round this problem.

Default password was 0000 it was changed when i 1st got the box.

Hi, Try using the RS232 STBupgrade.exe file to flash the software. You'll require a NULL modem lead.
