hi can any one tell me why my spider900hd gives me a tv message saying to press any key before it goes into stanby this happens after every few hours. thanks:mad:

if you mean spider 9000 hd...go in menu...settings...and you can turn standby mode to suit...
ie...never...
search in menu...you will find it

its the EU directive about power saving that meant appliances had to have this feature, and is implemented on all modern boxes and tv,s , my sly box and sony tv have similar features, which you can turn off usually
