Blackhole default services Lists

Flashed BlackHole 2.0.7 now can't can't tune in to 28.5 East. The only default service in BlackHole is for 19.2 East.
My setup is currently on fixed dish system (How long??) for 28.5 East and I can't scan them because only 19.2 is available.

So, Q:
Can I get a service list for 28.5 East?
How can I add this to the BlackHole default services Lists?? FTP isn't an option at the moment so I'm hoping it can be added to one of the files and the image re-flashed.

if you cannot ftp a channel list in like catseyes, just download a list like catseyes using the addons menu instead (from the online BH server)

BlackHole didn't work for me but VTi did.
BlackHole: USING WINDOWS 8.1
In the wifi settings I can’t enter an IP address.
When I press exit I’m told the settings aren’t saved and asked if I’m sure I want to leave this screen without saving. There is no option to save anything, possibly because all the fields have not been completed, namely;

Gateway:

Tried with VUCC
Get this error Message:
Access Violation at address 005B202 in module ‘VUCC.exec’. Read of address 00000000.
All control panel buttons greyed out except ‘About’ and ‘Goldwafers.com’.

just tried vucc with win8.1 and it seems ok to me

make sure you use the latest one , v0.7
