Adjusting the clock

Hi all,
I am having trouble changing to the new GMT I have checked the manual but none of the instructions work for me.
In 'Time settings' GMT on is shaded and I cant change it
GMT Offset is on o
Local time is shaded and cant be changed
Summer time is on.
I know its me, but for the life of me I cannot see a way of adjusting the clock.
I would really appreciate any help.

menu--- time setting---gmt offset 0 --- exit and save summertime off

Easy as that, was looking for something more fiddly. Thank you chippy.
