It`s all in the stickies.
Just as a reminder if you cant find it:

I am assuming you already have the list so load it onto a USB stick and plug it to the USB port on the spider.

Then :Menu-><or> to System Settings->select Software update->OK->select the first option S/W Upgrade->On the next screen go down to highlight the ROOT and then right to the box on the right where you should see the list of files on the stick , select the ch list and press OK, confirm changes when asked.
Same is true to upload a new patch. You do it exactly the same way
