channal editor problem

i have just use the restore tool tool me all morning work it out lol then i loaded my list off the channel editor 5400 channels and its gone again so will use restore tool again then revert back to another list

You got to have less than 5000 channels with the 5th Nov firmware, or your box will not restart and you need to recover it.

Sorry M8, but this info was posted by superstarmac earlier today:

1 channel list i got my hands on caused the receiver to fail, when i opened it up in the editor, it had 5400 channels in it, deleting satellites to get the channel numbers down, i got to 4600 and the receiver would load the file successfully

So it would appear that the less channels you have installed the better with the 5 Nov Firmware

I know I was doing the testing with superstarmac late last night, the 5400 channel list was mine :)

Got to be careful to also count any radio channels...
