When searching

Hi guys when searching do you search by a to b. or transponders. Which way do you search for the channel as you are after

on any box I use the manual search of the single transponder after checking on lyng sat or king of sat which transponders I need

so recently , when I added Lifetime to my SB7000 I did a single transponder search on 3 transponders, one after the other, and saved the results, then I moved them to the locations I wanted them and added them to my FAVS at the same time
