having problems in the last few days all the bouquets exept for srg on 13e have vanished have rescanned all frequencies but still the same firmware v 3.00.22 installed i think it's the latest is there a cure thanks

The Protek 9700 & 9750 receivers are no longer supported by the Protek server, that info was posted on this forum a week ago at least. The info in the following will tell you all you need you know in post #41
