Need help on IKS set up

Hi, i have been trying to add a new ccam line in the box and I have accidently changed the IKS keys, does anyone know how to change it back... tried resetting the box but no go. box says login failed or connecting...

cant understand how you changed the cline/ nline etc when iks is further down the menu as ethernet was? sorry if incorrect

Could it be that he has changed the IKS Key, as he has stated log in failed so he is not connected to the server, and if that is so, then he should post his query on the Vasiks Forum.
