Hello all,
Im a new member and not too clued up on all of the sat equipment..i am an electrician by trade so would hope to understand and pick up the basics quite quickly.
I live in the uk and my wife is Portuguese she speaks perfect English, but her parents don't and are coming over for 20 days to visit.so I was thinking in trying to get some Portuguese tv for them, hence why im here!!!!
I have a south facing back wall to fix sat dish on, which would be able to pick up hispasat 30 w sat for free to air channels.
I have read the forum guide and to be honest there was a lot I didn't understand, but I am not looking to do anything that's not above board..
having spent a while reading I am interested in this hobby..
would be great to get some advise, I would like to have a motorized dish but not sure on which receiver to buy possible spider, something easy to begin with.
